These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, booking skating sessions, and taking part in any of our lessons, camps or events.
By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

We are Skate Hub London CIC, a not-for-profit community organisation offering roller skating events, lessons, and community outreach in London.

2. Using our website
You agree to use this site legally, respectfully, and safely.

Don’t try to hack, damage, or misuse our website.

You must not copy or use our content (like photos, logos, or event info) without permission.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we can’t guarantee it's always perfect.
3. Booking sessions or events
When you book a skate class, camp or event, you agree to:

Provide true and accurate information.

Only book for yourself or others with their permission.

Follow the instructions and safety guidelines during sessions.

Pay in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse or cancel a booking (with refund) if needed for safety, overbooking, or misuse.
4. Cancellations & refunds
We know life happens! Our cancellation rules:

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session: we’ll offer a refund or credit.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before: we may not refund, but we’ll try to reschedule if possible.

If we cancel a session (e.g. weather or staff issue), we’ll offer a refund or reschedule.
Special terms may apply to holiday camps or events – these will be clearly shown when booking.
5. Health & safety
By joining any of our activities, you agree:

You (or your child) are fit and well enough to take part.

You’ll follow our instructors’ directions and wear appropriate safety gear (e.g. pads, helmet).

You’ll let us know about any medical needs or concerns when booking.
We are not liable for injuries caused by unsafe behaviour, ignoring instructions, or existing medical conditions not disclosed to us.
6. Children’s participation
Children under 18 must be booked in by a parent or guardian.

Under 13s must be accompanied to and from the venue.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children behave respectfully and safely.

We may ask a child to sit out for disruptive or unsafe behaviour (with no refund).
7. Photography & media
Sometimes we take photos or videos at events to promote our work.

We’ll always ask for parental consent before using images of children.

If you or your child don’t want to appear in any media, just let us know when booking or in person.
8. Liability
We are fully insured and take safety seriously. However, you agree that:

You (or your child) take part at your own risk.

We are not responsible for lost belongings or minor accidents.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
9. Your data and privacy
We care about your privacy. We only collect personal info needed for bookings, safety, and communication.

10. Intellectual property
All content on our site belongs to Skate Hub London CIC. You must not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The latest version will always be on our website.
